We collected data from different sources and stakeholders, we established these outcomes in a big blueprint map included all steps and channels. We tried to understand, what’s feasible, what’s overwhelming for customers, what’s actionable for our users. We saw that some potentials customers were confused about iyzico solutions. So we were in charge to create a website that people would easily choose the right solution that fitted on their needs.
We designed each section of the web site to explain only one piece of information a clear tone of voice. We use our personas as hero images to describe our solutions clearly. We create a tone guide to be sure about all information was given as transparent as possible and in a storyline.
